A good beginning...

Ore: 8.00.
- Controlliamo subito. Resti in attesa... -
E via di Mozart (Eine kleine Nachtmusik). Che sarà ripartita qualcosa come venti volte.
- Pronto, è ancora in linea? -
- Non ci crederà ma…si. -
Spero.

It's 8.00 o'clock in the morning. The alarm rings. Oh lord, It's such a grey day, that you think there was much more light when you went to sleep.
It's raining and that means only one thing: people will not know how to drive today.

I put the coffee on the gas and I call the Registry Office:

- Good Morning. I am G.P. . Any news about my ID card? -
- We check immediately. Please wait... -
The phone starts to play Mozart (Eine kleine Nachtmusik). It has restarted something like twenty times.
- Hello, Are you still online? -
- Curiously, yes. -
- I do not know anything about his ID card.  Please, call the number 123 -
I call the number 123.
- Mmmmmh. Can you please call the number 456? -
I call the number 456.
- I'm sorry Miss, I really don't know how to help you. Why  don't
you call the 456 number? -
- You're kidding me right? That's the number from which you are talking right now -

Bureaucracy in Italy is so creative sometimes.

Meanwhile of course the coffee was burnt.

The day started so badly that it meant only one thing: It can only get better.

I hope.
